1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit this website or purchase products from Verlee. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in them limits rights that cannot be excluded under UK consumer law.
2. About us and contacting us
This store trades as Verlee. You can contact our customer care team through the contact page or at rl@lgd-performance.fr. We will contact you using the details supplied with your order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
4. Products
We take reasonable care to display products, colours, measurements and descriptions accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Please read the product information and care instructions before use.
5. Orders and contract formation
An order is an offer to purchase. An automatic acknowledgement confirms that we received it but does not mean it has been accepted. A binding contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order before dispatch where a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected or an obvious pricing error has occurred. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Applicable taxes and delivery costs are shown before the order is submitted. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect an accepted order. Payment must be authorised using one of the methods available at checkout.
7. Promotions, bundles and discount codes
Promotions are subject to their stated dates, eligibility rules and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. For a multi-buy or bundle return, we may recalculate the refund using the standard price of items retained. We may withdraw or correct an offer where there is an error, misuse or suspected fraud.
8. Delivery
Delivery options and estimates are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. We are responsible for goods until they are delivered to the address or nominated recipient you supplied. Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
9. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your cancellation and return options are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. UK consumers normally have a statutory right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of receipt. Exceptions apply, including certain sealed hygiene and personalised products.
10. Faulty goods
Products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a product is faulty, contact us promptly. Remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
11. Acceptable use
You must not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or interfere with the service, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property rights or use the website in a way that harms Verlee, Shopify or another person.
12. Intellectual property
The website and its text, graphics, branding, photographs, videos, designs and software are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping only. No content may be reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.
13. Reviews and submitted content
Content you submit must be honest, lawful and must not infringe another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with our business and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may remove unlawful or inappropriate content.
14. Our responsibility
We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by a consumer. If you use products for business purposes, additional legal limitations may apply.
15. Third-party services
The website may contain links to or features supplied by third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content or terms. Shopify and payment providers may process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.
16. Governing law
These terms and any contract with you are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. Consumers living elsewhere may have mandatory rights under the law of their home country.
17. General
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce your legal protections. No other person has a right to enforce these terms unless the law provides otherwise.
18. Changes
We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The version applying to an order is the version published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
